Using neon as a spotlight on human behaviour, imperfections and self acceptance, Rebecca, one of the UK’s leading artists working with light, has been championing her “Neon Health Service (NHS) Department Of Light Therapy” for the past five years as part of a series of neon artworks, prints and audience participation installations.
